Weight Loss & Tech – 4 Free Apps that Can Help with this Popular Resolution

The only downside to this stand-out app is that it’s currently available to iPhone users only. Fret not, there are tons of other great, free apps for both iPhone and Android users to help keep you accountable. Here’s a quick list of some of my favorites:

Pepperplate – Manage recipes from your smartphone, Nook, Kindle or their website. Plan and share meals with friends and make shopping lists. It has all the tools you need to cook weeknight dinners or host a dinner party for 12.
